Although we do provide ad hoc repairs on an RTB basis, contracted customers benefit from the Southgate on-site mobile servicing and repair solution. That means our mobile servicing team come to you for warehouse machinery and equipment servicing, repairs, and proactive, planned and preventative maintenance.
Or, if you prefer an offsite, local solution due to space or health and safety constraints, or want to repair or maintain a large volume of products, you can use one of our specially located UK or EU repair clinics.
Either way, by eliminating the time it takes to ship to and from our premises, and using an RTB approach only where strictly necessary, we get your equipment operational again as soon as it’s been serviced.

Contracted customers use our Southgate ServAgree app to access the Mobile Repair Service, making it easier than ever to organise and record ad hoc repairs and track scheduled maintenance programs.
We provide reports, to your specifications, with full details of every repair and service, itemising the parts we used.
We can also create an asset register that can be updated as you go.
This rich data enables you to plan, track and audit assets, and prepare for inspections.
